We operate on a no-refund policy unless the product fails to function as advertised. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Scope of Policy

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be granted if ALL of the following conditions are met:

The product does not function as advertised, and the issue is not caused by third-party services, user error, or factors outside our control.

Condition 2: Support Contact

You have contacted our support team and provided them with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Condition 3: Time Limit

The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this period, no refunds will be considered under any circumstances.

Condition 4: Unresolvable Issue

Our support team has been unable to resolve the issue after making reasonable efforts to do so.

3.1 What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund

The following situations do NOT qualify for refunds:

  • Change of mind or business direction

  • Failure to use the service or its features

  • Issues caused by third-party integrations (social media platforms, webhooks, etc.)

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated responses or chatbot performance

  • Exceeding usage limits or subscription tier capabilities

  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations

  • Requests made after the 30-day refund request window

  • Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, internet outages, etc.)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Support

Contact our support team at support@intelbuddy.ai. Include a detailed explanation of the issue you're experiencing.

Step 2: Allow Investigation

We must be given the opportunity to investigate and resolve the problem before issuing any refunds. Please provide:

  • Your account email address

  • Date of purchase and subscription plan

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

  • Steps you have already taken to resolve the issue

Step 3: Await Resolution

Our support team will work with you to resolve the issue. Only after all reasonable resolution attempts have been exhausted will a refund be considered.

3.4 Refund Policy

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months.

  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be available within the first 30 days, at our discretion.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.

6. No Pro-Rated Refunds

NO PARTIAL OR PRO-RATED REFUNDS

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for any unused time in a subscription period.

If you cancel your subscription mid-billing period:

  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period

  • No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription

  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current period

  • You may continue to use all features until your access expires

Example: If you have a monthly subscription and cancel on day 15, you will continue to have access until day 30, but no refund will be provided for the remaining 15 days.

7. Chargebacks

Customers must contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of any potential refund claims.

If you file a chargeback without first contacting us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation

  • You forfeit any right to a refund through our normal refund process

  • We will provide evidence to the payment processor to dispute fraudulent chargebacks

  • If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, your account will remain permanently terminated

  • You may be responsible for any chargeback fees we incur

We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing concerns. We are committed to finding a fair resolution for legitimate issues.

8. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error (such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts), please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate all reported billing errors and:
